Refunds & Cancellation Policies
Up to 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop - The deposit or full tuition paid is refundable to the student, less $25 for administrative fees.
After the 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop - For cancellations after 30 days prior to the first day of the workshop, the student will forfeit the full fee of the workshop unless another student fills the cancelled spot. In that case, the student will be refunded their deposit or full tuition paid less $25 for administrative fees.
There are no refunds once the workshop has started.
If a workshop is canceled, the full deposit will be refunded.
Please confirm the status of your class before making travel arrangements. Cascade Fine Art Workshops is not responsible for their students' travel expenses and/or arrangements.
