Art Supply Order Form
There are no art supply stores in Central Oregon, except the limited inventory at Michael's arts and crafts store or the Central Oregon Community College Bookstore. If you wish to pre-order supplies for a specific workshop through Cascade Fine Art Workshops (CFA), we will place your order and have the supplies ready for you at the workshop. (See instructor's Material List provided at time of registration.) You will not be charged shipping, but a $10 handling fee per order will be added to your total order amount.
