Registration Information

 

  • Request Registration Forms and Supply Lists by contacting:  info@CascadeFineArtWorkshops.com or Sue at 541-408-5524
  • Cascade Fine Art Workshops (CFA) registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-registered basis. At the time of registration, a Deposit or the full Tuition is due to reserve your space in class.
  • The published minimum amount of students must be registered by the workshop Registration Deadline Date or the workshop will be cancelled to avoid expenses related to the workshop incurred by CFA.
  • Each workshop has its own specific Registration Form, Registration Deadline Date, Deposit and Balance Due Date
  • Cancellations & Refunds: 
    • Deposit or full tuition is refundable to the student before the Registration Deadline Date, less $50 for Administrative Fees. 
    • After the Registration Deadline Date, no refunds are available from CFA to avoid expenses related to the workshop incurred by CFA. However, students needing to cancel a workshop can collect a full refund by finding a substitute student.  If there is a Waiting List, CFA will contact those on the Waiting List for substitution.  Refunds will be made when substitutes send their completed Registration Form and full tuition to CFA.  
    • If Cascade Fine Art Workshops cancels a workshop, refunds will be made in full to registered students.
  • We accept personal checks, bank checks or money orders made out to "Cascade Fine Art Workshops".  Mail or email your signed CFA Registration form with your Deposit or full Tuition to:

  • Registration confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of the Deposit or full Tuition.

New workshops are scheduled on an ongoing basis so please check this website regularly. Register as soon as possible to reserve your space.
